Non-refundable deposits and fees
A non-refundable deposit per person is required for the Retreat at time of registration unless you are already paying your fees in full for bigger savings.
Your total deposit will be calculated based on the package you build and how many nights you book during the registration process and will be given to you at the checkout page. This is to secure your hotel room & preferred nights
Paying 2 instalments rather than in full will incur a deposit fee of €100 added to the order total. All retreat packages have a minimum non-refundable €500 deposit per person included.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Deposit examples, based on the checkout date:
- Checking out on the 24th of October = €500 deposit for your package if paid in instalments
- Checking out on the 25th of October = Double room: €600 // Single room: €720 deposit for your package if paid in instalments
- Checking out on the 26th of October = Double room: €700 // Single room: €940 deposit for your package if paid in instalments
New Arhatic Levels
If you are registering and apply for a new Arhatic Level you can pay your deposit for your chosen package in the registration process. The retreat office will send you a fully detailed email of your fees due minus your new level. Once the results of your application are received you will be notified by email. Upon your application being accepted for a new level you will receive email confirmation with your balance of fees for the new Level will be due in cash only at the retreat.
Timeline and due dates
The earlier you pay, the higher the discount you receive! As the price changes over time, any balance of fees must be paid on or before the next price tier deadline date.
Examples:
- if you registered under the 1st Early Bird deadline with non-refundable deposit all remaining balances must be paid in full by 31st of January, 2027
- if you register within the 2nd Early Bird period your balance is due on or before 31st of May, 2027
Failure to pay remaining balance of retreat fees within the designated time period will result in the loss of that price plan and you will be charged for the current tier of price of the day you actually settle your payment.
Retreat registration will automatically be cancelled if you have been moved to the next price tier and have not met the payment deadline or contacted the Retreat office at: registration@arhaticyogaretreatgreece.com
Registration For Retreat Only packages from the 1st of July of 2027 onwards will require full payment of all fees at time of registration.
All New Level Packages will remain with deposit only option (this is to ensure you receive approval for a new level before paying total fees)
ALL REGISTRATION CLOSES OCTOBER 10th 2027 ( or as soon as the retreat seats are sold out)
REGISTRATIONS ARE NON-TRANSFERRABLE UNDER ANY CONDITIONS
Cancellation Policy
Fees paid will be refunded once deducted of the following amounts:
- Non-refundable deposits
- A minimum of €500 for the Arhatic Yoga Retreat or more based on the deposit calculated for your package. Please refer to deposits in our Terms & Conditions
- Cancellation Penalties – if attendance is cancelled, after subtracting the non-refundable deposits mentioned above, penalties follow a timeline:
- From 01st November 2026 – 31st January 2027: a 30% penalty
- From 01 February 2027 – 30th April 2027: a 50% penalty
- From 01st May 2027 – 30th June 2027: a 70% penalty
- From 01st July 2027 – 31st August 2027: a 90% penalty
- After the 31st of August , 2027: no refund will be made
- Liability of participants that need to cancel
- Any government charges, government fees, or governments taxes incurred from previous payments
- Any charges from payment gateways and payment providers (i.e.: Paypal) incurred for reversing charges or transactions during a refund
Failure or inability to complete the payments
Participants that have not followed their payment schedule will receive an email reminder with their new payment deadline dates & fees. If the payment is not received according to the new payment schedule then the registration will automatically be moved to the next price tier.
If payment schedule/deadline is not followed upon being moved to the next price tier then the registration will be considered cancelled.
Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement
To preserve these sacred teachings in their purest form, and to prevent the incorrect practice and any possible harmful consequences to persons incorrectly and/or inadequately instructed, I promise without reservation that I will not infringe on the copyright of the intellectual property, work and material from the Arhatic Yoga Retreat by transmitting, teaching, recording, copying or reproducing in any form or means, whether in part or as a whole the techniques and teachings without prior written consent from the copyright and trade name owner, Master Choa Kok Sui or the Institute for Inner Studies, Inc (IISI), Philippines.
Nothing contained in the course and teaching shall be construed as granting or implying any transfer of proprietary rights to me of the teachings and techniques, or any patents or other intellectual property protecting or relating to the techniques and teachings.
I hereby certify that I am of sound mind and in good physical and mental health so as to permit me to participate in the Arhatic Yoga Retreat and connected seminars. I waive any rights to sue the Institute for Inner Studies, Inc., Retreat Hosts or any of the instructors for breach of contract in any court of law for physical, emotional or psychological problems that may result from the training or may be believed to have been caused by the training.
Retreat hosts (PHG Projects) reserve the right to change the Retreat venue if deemed necessary.
Retreat hosts (PHG Projects) reserve the right to change the Retreat dates if deemed necessary so that the event can be organized and run safely for all participants.
I hereby accept that if, for reasons beyond the control of the hosts, a Master assigned by the Institute for Inner Studies, Inc. cannot conduct the seminar, another available Master will be appointed by the Institute for Inner Studies, Inc
This Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement shall be binding upon, inure to the benefit of, and be enforceable by the Institute for Inner Studies or Master Choa Kok Sui, its successors, and assigns; and the undersigned, my successors and assigns.
GDPR and Privacy Policy
I declare my clear and implicit consent to PHG Projects, for the collection, maintenance and processing of the data I have provided above, for sending me information emails regarding their future events and Seminars.
I further declare that I consent to PHG Projects to share the data I provided above the to “Institute of Inner Studies Inc.”, for sending me information emails regarding their future events and Seminars.
I further declare that I have been informed of my right to withdraw the above consent or correct the above information given by email to info@arhaticyogaretreatgreece.com
The above data will be kept until my explicit withdrawal of my consent. There is a right of filing a complaint to the competent supervisory authority.
